Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.

Matthew 28:19

Missions at Mt. Calvary is about sharing the love of Christ through service and partnership. We gather items on a monthly basis to support our MCBC Food Ministry, local school pantry, Promise of Hope, and Operation Christmas Child. MCBC also supports mission work in Kentucky by working alongside local schools and churches, and we help support a church plant in Wyoming. MCBC also serves in Kosovo, where one of our own members lives as a teacher, ministering through a local school and partnering with a church in the community. Through prayer, giving, and hands-on service, we seek to live out the Great Commission wherever God leads us.

Active Missionaries

Quay Cook

Quay served as our Youth Pastor for several years before sensing God’s call to missions in Kosovo. He now serves there as a teacher and partners with a local church to create opportunities for MCBC to send mission teams and support ongoing outreach in the region.

KenT and Elizabeth Woodfin

Kent and Elizabeth were members of MCBC and now through partnership with NAMB have planted a church in Pinedale, Wyoming. We send teams to serve with them as they strive to reach the surrounding area.
